About Us

The sapling of Bandal Constructions was planted by Kisanrao B. Bandal.

Kisanrao Bandal, the founder of Bandal Constructions incorporated the firm in the year 1984 -1985. Under his able guidance and hard work, Bandal Constructions has grown up into a big tree with its roots deep into the construction industry. The footprints of Kisanrao Bandal have been followed by his son, Nilesh Bandal, who joined the organization a few years back. The new generation is raring to take the organization on to the new highs with its modern thoughts, innovative idea’s along with the same ideals of Trust, Quality and Transparency.

Till date Bandal Constructions have successfully delivered 6,50,000 sq. ft. of residential and commercial projects in and around Pune city having more than 1000 satisfied families. However, this does not include the area of various small projects that we have completed with few other partners. Also, we have acquired more than of 100 acre land at Shrivardhan, Kokan and have launched a Residential NA plot scheme by the name “Bandal Ved Bhumi”.

We have been successful in commencing, erection and completion of various projects in and around Pune city in respect of quality, cost and schedule.
